Yan Liao holds a college diploma in Chinese-English Secretarial Studies from Guangdong Ocean University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Planning and Management from Jinan University. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Yan has extensive experience in project management, brand promotion, and sales support, having worked in various roles across multiple industries. Her professional career began in 2006 at the Guangdong branch of Toshiba Elevator (China) Co., Ltd., where she served as a Sales Assistant responsible for contract management, accounts receivable follow-up, and invoice process control. In 2011, she joined Focus Media Co., Ltd. as a Corporate Manager in Sales Support, coordinating media resource allocation, quotation preparation, and advertising project execution.
In 2015, during her tenure at Daikin (China) Investment Co., Ltd., she focused on promotion expense management, group reporting, and marketing material coordination.
Prior to joining Kılınç Advisory, Yan served as a Project Manager at Aopeng Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., where she led multilingual project delivery, developed training programs, and managed payroll operations—further enhancing her expertise in executing international projects.
Since July 2025, Ms. Yan Liao has officially joined Kılınç Advisory as the China Client Relations Manager. She is committed to providing efficient and professional consulting coordination and support services for Chinese clients, acting as a bridge for communication and cooperation between Chinese and Turkish enterprises.
