Canan Aladağ is one of the few international and local experts in the field of Transfer Pricing, who has worked for many years in the formation stages of projects such as the OECD BEPS project.
In 2000, she joined PwC after graduating from Koç University, Department of Business Administration. She provided tax advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, tax audit services and tax compliance and full attestation services to clients in the Energy, FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors. In 2005-2007, she joined the transfer pricing team at PwC Netherlands, Amsterdam office for educational purposes. After returning to Turkey, she established the first transfer pricing team in Turkey and focused on transfer pricing advisory services in PwC Turkey, Istanbul office. Canan, whose client portfolio includes hundreds of international and local companies, has coordinated PwC's global transfer pricing network in Belgium for the last four years. She has established close contact with many financial administrations in the world (primarily in Turkey, the Netherlands, Belgium) and collaborated with them both within the scope of her work with her clients and network coordination activities. Within the scope of the OECD's BEPS project, he was an observer in transfer pricing studies and meetings, gave opinions on issues awaiting comments, and finally took part in the technical committees within the scope of BEPS-digital economy taxation action and global minimum taxation.
She writes articles in international and local tax publications, newspapers and other academic publications and is a speaker at tax conferences.
